• The first thing we do is your in-home consultation.  At that time we will give you an idea of what we can do to help you.  We leave information with you to review and help you make your decision on whether or not to hire us.

    Once you decide to move forward, we make an appointment to come back and begin the Planning and Preparing Phase - Step 1.

    At the Planning and Preparing time you will sign your contract, make your first half payment of fees and complete paperwork to help us to know whom to communicate with and other information we need to know to assist you.

  • Administrative Tasks

    Below are some but not all Administrative Tasks associated with a senior move:

    Meet with your new home's administrator to coordinate moving guidelines

    Determine moving timetable

    Family Coordination -- keep in communication with our family/relative/friends whom are part of your move

    Assist with selecting an experienced reliable moving company

    Assist with selecting estate sale vendor (if desired)

    Obtain list of your designated charities for disposition (if desired)

    Help with utility changes and charge of addresses

    If additional services are desired, help obtaining tradesmen and companies to complete those tasks
